About Us

Dana Yee, Esq., LL.M.

Dana is the founder and CEO of Lotus and Park Legal, PC. She counsels individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations on a broad range of legal issues.

Prior to starting her own law firm, Dana worked in several boutique firms in San Diego where she honed her legal acumen under the guidance of experienced attorneys in their respective practice areas of law.

Dana received her Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego. After completing her undergraduate education, she went on to receive both a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of San Diego School of Law. While attending law school, she worked as a law clerk and volunteered to assist low-income individuals at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. Dana also provided legal assistance at the University of San Diego’s Legal Clinics and upon graduation was a recipient of the award for Outstanding Clinic Intern for the Federal Tax Clinic.

When she is not assisting clients, Dana enjoys spending quality time with her labradoodle, Teddy, and supporting local small businesses.
